True Tears fans rejoice as it is now officially confirmed that the Blu-ray set will get an extra new epilogue ending to the series. The news came as it was able to hit 2000 minimum orders for this to proceed.
The box will add about three minutes of new, unaired anime as the epilogue. It will unveil the future of the main characters after the 13th and last television episode.
The entire True Tears blu-ray disc set will include 62 minutes of video extras, with 20 minutes showing the real life locations where the anime is based upon. A good way to boost tourism huh ?
Apart from that, the blu-ray disc set will also contain mini character 4-koma (4-panel) skit videos, a digital illustration gallery, Kochira Tulip Hosokyoku Internet radio program spinoff, credit-less opening and ending animation videos, and collection of commercials and promotional videos that the DVD edition had.
The anime series in blu-ray disc box will be in 1080p quality, a 64 page art book retailing at 24,990 yen.
