With the new year coming soon, the site is more or less complete and have undergo some facial and feature changes. I am hoping to complete this within the first week of Jan 2009 (subjected to possible delays :P ).

Yes! The Banzai! Effect will be offering FREE* hosting space for sub domains (e.g subdomain.thebanzaieffect.com or www.thebanzaieffect.com/sub-domain) along with a email address tagged to it. There will be a few advertisements tagged to the website . For more information, click here to check out the information. There is a criteria, so do read it before you submit your request.
Looking for Writers (Anime Reviews, News Writer, Figurine Writer,etc )
Well, it is not paid, thats for sure but we are looking for enthuiasists who share the same interest as us in Japanese culture or video gaming (consoles, PC or even arcade) in The Banzai Effect. Mascot Character
A Mascot character is a dedicated designed character for the website. If you are aware, banners on our site are built upon existing doujin arts, animes . We do hope if there is someone out there who can design a mascot character for us ;( Not pinning high hopes here, but if you did design a mascot character for us – send it to us at feedback AT thebanzaieffect D0T com with the subject title – mascot character and also a short description on it. We will credit youur picture once it is selected. Pls send the file in either .png or .gif . Compressed archives are not entertained. The mascot character is recommended to rest on a transparent background.
Forums @ The Banzai Effect
We have our forums setup some time ago (pretty uncontrolled) and we welcome anyone who is willing to share any interesting news to post on our forums, the news will show on the main site in the future once I add that feature in.
