Madhouse Studio’s Rideback went on air in Japan recently and looking around various blogs around the web. Praises are all within from visually stunning animations to a awesome opening music and whats more? bikes that spread their wheels.
Being a science fiction fan in one way or another, Rideback caught my interest, what is it that makes this anime so interesting ?

Looking at the trend of sci-fi animations or movies, the future is a world filled with visually stunning and animating screen panels and vehicles with great flexibility and speed but how about Rideback ?
Based on Rideback’s timeline, motorcycles (motorbikes or whatever you call them) will become some hybrid vechicle that can transform into standing form (like a mini mecha) or with its legs spread apart, i mean wheels.
For a start, the visually stunning animation quality already caught me off guard, especially the opening and pairing it with Mell’s singing – it was ub3r. How far will this visual quality go ? It is a go for those who are after the effects.
Mizuki Nana is voicing Rin (our main character) in this show and her voice was really awesome for Rin. Also, in just this episode, we can see some development in Rin along with other charcters in this show.

The action, the quality and a good start of this show – there is no reason to reject this title. Lets hope the quality will stay till the end of this series.

The girl who leapt thru time? :P looks so alike

Yeah, this one the series of this year that caught my interest (other than Zoku Natsume and Druaga Sword).
The art style kinda reminded me of Nodame though.
