Nvidia Showcases Ion In Akiba

Nvidia’s public event in Akiba featured the ION, which combines the Atom Z230 (1.6Ghz) and Geforce 9400M graphics platform. The public experienced a variety of events which includes Nvidia’s 3D steroscopic system.

The machine is almost the size of the palm, however, in the event demonstration, it was capable of  playing a Blu-ray while the display output is via DVI with HDCP display at 2560×1600 resolution
