NIS America, as some are aware for English localization of Gust’s games such as Ar Tonelico, Atelier Iris, Mana Khemia, etc had announced its plans to release Japanese anime titles to North America beginning mid 2010. Its first title release will be Toradora!, there will also be collectors items made available. Release dates and pricing have not yet been announced.
Other titles in the lineup include Pandora Hearts, Persona – Trinity Soul-, Wagaya no Oinarisama

PS: as for Ar Tonelico, I am more comfortable with the Japanese version ^^
