The Japanese version Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition operating system will include an original wallpaper and an event sound set based on a character named Nanami Madobe and is voiced by actress Mizuki Nana.
The character is targeted towards owners of DIY custom personal computers. With pre-orders for the October 22 launch, starting today. The set includes a remote control for the Windows Media Center software by the hardware manufacturer I-O Data.
Nanami Madobe can be interpreted as a wordplay on Nana Mizuki’s name and the Japanese word madobe (“by the window”).
