Hatsune Miku performed “live” for the first time on Saturday at the Animelo Summer Live 2009 Re:bridge concert. The promoters had announced 31 July that Miku-chan would be part of the annual anime song concert series this year.
Usinga screen installed at the back of the stage to project Hatsune several stories tall before a standing-room-only crowd of 25,000. Miku greeted the audience before performing her 2 songs — “Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru (Shiteyan yo)” and “Black Rock Shooter.
