McDonalds Japan To Use Nintendo DS To Train Employees

McDonalds Japan aims with its latest developing a DS training program called “eSmart.” A software where new part time employees will train through this software.

The software which is estimated to cost around 200 million yen (development cost excluded) targets to cut down training by half as compared to conventional training.

The fastfood chain plans to put 2 such handhelds per branch in Japan.
