Right here in Iluma, a new LAN gaming center had launched its opening today. Being a member of Vr-zone forums, we had the honor of joining the launch party which is free LAN gaming for the day, you get to have your PC for a day of gaming.
Known as the Colosseum, it is located on the 7th floor in Iluma Shopping Center, opposite Bugis Junction, Singapore. Those who were invited today got themselves a free signup as a member of the LAN shop.

Unfortunately, I was too engrossed in gaming with fellow Otakucafe mates that I didn’t took the effort to go around taking pictures. There were other people who did and they were armed with big DSLR cameras and took some nice shots around. Some of the photos here belongs to booest, a senior member from Vr-zone forums.

Acer Predator
Claimed to have 200 computers in total, they are all Acer gaming rigs with Razer keyboards and Krait mouse. For audio, they use Seinheisser headphones which is pretty good although the volume lacks the kick in it. There were exclusive rigs which consist of Acer Predator PCs, Razer Tarantula keyboards and Lachesis mouse.
The event started at 1pm and I was happily gaming with fellow Otakucafe / TBE mates until 8pm+ before we settled our dinner at Burger King.

Red alert 3…24″ LCD @ 1080p gaming
There were a lot of games, most of the titles from Steam store – popular ones will include Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2, Counterstrike: Source, etc. Online games like WoW, Warhammer online, Maple, Audition were inside too. The only game that I wished they have was Call of Duty 4, 5.

exclusive “guests” in the LAN party..no, they are not mine but from DF of Otakucafe

Otakucafe members, guess who is who?
I forsee great events to come from them, given the size of their LAN shop. Colosseum is located at Level 7 in Iluma, opposite Bugis Junction in Singapore.
ps: Left 4 Dead versus gaming is simply kick ass ;)

What a horrible picture of me :(
WOW you guys are freaking lucky. All the LAN centers near me closed up shop I still had credit with one lol. The boxes look nice and they aren’t just beige boxes which is nice.
Nutcase 23 you need to get your head checked out :P
lol, cheap censoring ^^
I don’t know about LAN gaming centers, but the cybercafes (which has LAN) here where I live use very old PCs.
No kidding, they still use those old big white monitors, and some of them still use Windows ME (lol)
The only games they have, and barely working are Counter Strike and Red Alert 2
Whereas you guys have powerful PCs and widescreen monitors, including awesome games >_< Fortunately, I'm not interested in PC gaming much, got bored of Red Alert 3 after 3 days..
Mainly because I don't have anyone to play with >_<
Lol, it’s funny how i make a mini scenario with nutcase23(tm) Red Tomato Head sprites to replace all FPS monsters :D
