Japan’s TV Variety Show “Nanikore Chin Hakkei” talks about a special barber in Nagano Prefecture who offers some very “interesting” cuts. Check the video to know why, I wonder if such cuts really do work but using a fencer to cut the hair is a lil out of the world.
The video features him using chopper knife cuts, UFO vacumn cleaner cuts and fencing cuts. The price is around 7875 to 10,500 yen. According to the barber, he gets around 2-3 customers a month, you wonder how he survives.
