The movie actually goes along with a different plot in the Fate/Stay Night game that the anime was based on. The anime went with the first available plot in the game, this movie will go with the second plot. Wonder when the third plot comes out…
The second plot focuses more on how Shirou turns into Archer, Archer’s powers, and the relationship between Shirou and Tohsaka. Sorry ShirouxSaber fans :P
