While Crunchyroll encourages its users to submit dialogue translations for its optional “softsubs” system, these user-uploaded videos have fan-translated subtitles already embedded inside them.
No, in case you are mistaken. It is not hosting the fan sub videos, the ideal remains unchanged, however – fans are encouraged to submit their dialogue translations to them for their softsub feature. Currently, some of the existing titles including Yume Tsukai, Riezelmine contains such fan subbed dialogues. As of now, Crunchyroll will be moving towards to purge user uploaded content.
Gone are the days people uploading content and the days people who just click on a video to watch in their casual time.
