The official Ar Tonelico 3 site had been updated with 2 new characters, a new wallpaper has been added and also some informaton about the AT3 opening theme song performer. Famitsu has also updated on their end of other new characters in the roster…
The new characters listed are:
Hikari Gojyou: A doctor specialized in Reyvateils Tokosiwe Tunnel. He used to be a doctor in Archia’s research faculties, but because he knew some major secrets, he stopped working for them. It seems like he has some connections to Rikkaryousya.
Tatsumi: A student in Great Fang, he loves V-Pod. He met Aoto one month ago in Blue Valley Village, and joins Aoto and Saki to play an important role in the story. Speculations say he/she is a Cocona in disguise. I think otherwise.
Gengai: He is not on the official website but was included in an update in Famitsu. He is the teacher for Tatsumi
Rafaere: He is some member of the Arukia Institute and has the trust of the citizens of Clusternia

Thanks for the translation! Since Tatsumi got a different seiyuu than Cocona’s, I don’t think Tatsumi=Cocona is applicable.

previous ar tonelicos were released in English, lets hope they will too. it will be a pity if they dont
