It seems like online retailer Amazon (US) has removed the Japanese H-game Rapelay from the shelves after a 3rd party merchant deemed it being inapproirate. A quick search in Amazon.jp shows that the game is still there though.
The adult H game was developed by Illusion studios from Japan…in the game..u are..well..a rapist as the summary says who targets 3 girls from the same family for revenge. I guess the reason why the people on the Amazon decided to take it down was that the main point of the game was – rape.
While Illusion does not sell the game directly overseas due to rating issue, a spokesperson claimed the following:
We believe there is no problem with the software, which has cleared the domestic ratings of an ethics watchdog body,” he said.
I wonder how rape and ethics can co-exist together but again, thats from Japan
