ANN has a recent news that Catherine Hardwicke, the director behind the popular movie – Twilight had mentioned about the possibilities of a anime version.

While she had mentioned that there are no plans yet, a hint was given in an audio commentary

Actor Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen): I look Asian in this scene. I do, I look like an anime character.

Hardwicke: Hey, I think there’s going to be an anime version of this in Japan. So you will be an anime character.

Twilight DVD and Bluray movie was released recently .
