[Singapore] Upcoming Event – Kuro Bara

Coming next week on the 28th of March is a new cosplay event named “Kuro Bara”, or “Black Rose”.

The theme is “Revive”.

Though from the information given they might as well have said “Come as whatever you want” =P

Details are as follows.
