Nendoroid Luka – Diva of the Takos (Indoor shoot)

Yet another delayed figurine review, this time of Nendo Megurine Luka!

University be bitchin and I be buried in work but I have finally (partially) crawled out of the damn pile.

Short post this will be as it is part one of a two part series featuring Luka.

I’ll be honest and say that it was the tako that convinced me the most to buy her. :3

That’s not to she’s not an awesome piece to have by herself. She naturally goes towards completing my Nendo Vocaloid set.

But seriously, where the hell is my Meiko Nendo?

And her she is fresh from the box.

Decent detail and very cute, just like the other nendoroids.

And no cheap plasticky feel hair like Nendo Ritsu.

Like most Nendos, Luka can’t stand on her own power.

Furthermore, her skirt renders her unable to sit, unlike Miku who has more leg room.

However, the stand provided pushes against skirt in order to support Luka and given that the skirt goes very low, you can actually balance Luka while using only just the upper part of her stand.

Alternatively, since Luka has long hair, you can reverse the direction of the stand and prop her up using her hair. This is the method I used for a large part of my shots.

However, Luka’s long hair does make it difficult to angle her head since it gets in the way.

I think everyone loves the Tako Lukas :3

Even my mother finds them cute. =P

Getting hold of the keychain Tako Lukas makes great props to add with Luka.

The big Tako Luka is just soooo cute. :3

It’s almost like a mother to the keychain Tako Lukas XD

The Tako Luka that comes with Luka is swappable with the Pucchi Vocaloids’ heads so if you got them, you can try swapping them around.

Sadly, I don’t have the Pucchi Nendoroids.

Forgot to do it for Luka since Miku looks so lol with the face.
