Figurine Housekeeping in 2010

P1110658

There comes a time when a collector has to choose between throwing his boxes, or getting a new (ware)house.

Since I have no money for the latter, I’ll have to settle for the former. =/

As you can see from the header picture, I have amassed a sizable collection of figma boxes (such is my love for them =P).

It is nice to see I have, what oOgA calls, “The Wall of Lucky Star”. If you are wondering why I have 2 Kagamis, it is because I broke an arm of one of them. *sobs*

My Nendo-fu however, seems severely lacking.

The boxes were starting to take up some serious space so i had no choice but to collapse the boxes.

I figured that with the much better method of figma/nendo carrying that zh3us and kodomut showed me, I didn’t really need the boxes anymore.

Daiso has everything you need XD.

First, it is out with the plastic containers that occupy the most space.

Managed to build a veritable mountain out of them.

Then it is folding the cardboard boxes.

I find it a waste to throw these since they are so nice looking. and some of them come with nice backgrounds or reflective backings that I could possibly use for the future.

I’ll keep them until they turn yellow or start growing mushrooms. =P

The coming year can only bring in more of these boxes.

As it is, I’m starting to run out of display space.

Anyway, to end this post, I think I’ll just fire a few pictures of my current collection. :3
