Coscon @ Licence2Play

Last Saturday, I paid a visit to the Licence2Play (L2P) event held at the Suntec Convention Hall 603. Catered mainly for MMORPG players, there’s also a significant presence by companies such as Samsung and Audio House. The event itself does seem to be a successful one judging from the large crowd that turned up for all of the three days.

I was there to have a look at the cosplay event being organised by the people of MovieMania in conjunction
with L2P. Announced just a month ago, the cosplay event’s main highlight was the competition segment where 24 competitors vie for the top prize of $500.

There were some cosplayers, many photographers, and a lot more curious onlookers who were there to have a look at the main event itself.

Anyway, to cut to the chase, here are some photos that I took during the event itself. I didn’t take many photos because I had a concert to attend (the Final Fantasy Distant Worlds concert at the Esplanade) in the afternoon, but some of the photos were from the evening period after the concert. Enjoy ;)

One of the finalists for the cosplay competition held there, he won 2nd as the Lich King from the World of Warcraft.

And lastly, one of the better cosplay around, Shana from Shakugan no Shana.

That’s all I have to showcase here, hopefully there will be more during the upcoming Streetfest event. Till then! :)
